Great clean hotel! The staff was friendly and helped us discover some nice spots in the area for dinner. Breakfast had waffles, which were a nice touch, but I was hoping for more options. Still, it was good overall.

While the hotel itself was modern and clean, my experience was marred by the front desk's mishandling of my payment issues, which took a long time to resolve.

ah, the residence inn in lancaster, what an experience. the breakfast selection was downright unimpressive, basically microwave meals. i thought a spacious one-bedroom queen suite would definitely result in some kind of upgrade or at least an extra towel or two, but alas. to top it off, there was no red carpet. how shocking!

Pool amenities were decent enough, but the water issues caused a few skin rashes that made subsequent stays less appealing. The staff provided exceptional service, always available to help with questions and special requests, enhancing the overall experience. The vegetarian-friendly options at breakfast, including satisfying waffles, cater well to diverse dietary needs. However, breakfast items could use more variety, and parking was challenging during peak hours, making it less convenient. Additionally, noise from outside occasionally interrupted relaxation in the room, detracting slightly from the comfort.

It was a decent place for a budget stay in Lancaster with good value. The staff was helpful in recommending nearby dining options. Try to make breakfast early for the best selection before it runs out.
